By using this Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Clan-HQ provides the following services:

• Clan Rankings: Track and display clan member statistics from TotalBattle
• Automated Chest Tracking: Optional automated collection of chest data (requires your TotalBattle credentials)
• Historical Data: View past performance and trends
• Public Sharing: Share your clan's progress via a unique clan ID

The Service is provided free of charge. Donations are optional and voluntary.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Admin Panel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Automated Tracker

4.1 Consent and Credentials

The automated tracker is optional. If you enable it, you consent to:

• Providing your TotalBattle login credentials
• Allowing us to log into TotalBattle on your behalf
• Automated collection of chest data every 4 hours

4.2 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are providing credentials to a third-party service (not TotalBattle)
• Automated access may violate TotalBattle's Terms of Service
• We are not responsible if TotalBattle suspends or bans your account
• You use the automated tracker at your own risk

4.3 Withdrawal

You can disable the automated tracker and delete your credentials at any time without penalty.

5. Public Data and Privacy

5.1 Public Statistics

Your clan's statistics (player names, points, chest counts) are publicly accessible to anyone who knows your clan ID.

By using this Service, you consent to this public visibility.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 TotalBattle Content

TotalBattle is a trademark of its respective owners. All game data, names, and content belong to TotalBattle's creators. We claim no ownership over TotalBattle's intellectual property.

7.3 User Data

You retain ownership of any data you upload (e.g., chest screenshots, clan information). By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and display this data for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Donations

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

• Donations do not entitle you to any special features, services, or treatment
• Donations are processed securely via PayPal
• We do not store your payment information
• Donations are not tax-deductible (this is not a registered charity)

By donating, you acknowledge that donations are gifts and cannot be refunded.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do NOT guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• The automated tracker will work correctly at all times
• Your TotalBattle account will not be banned or suspended
• Bugs or errors will be corrected

Use of this Service is entirely at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are NOT liable for:

• Any loss of data, accounts, or access
• TotalBattle account suspensions or bans resulting from using the automated tracker
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill
• Service downtime or interruptions
• Actions of other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any). Since the Service is free, this amount is typically zero (€0).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clan-HQ and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights (including TotalBattle's Terms of Service)
• Your use of the automated tracker

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• Shut down the Service permanently without liability

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
